Services Offered (Non-Hazardous Only)
ProForce Courier Network provides after-hours courier services in Georgia for pharmacies, clinics, and DME suppliers. We transport non-hazardous items only, such as pharmacy items (as contracted and permitted), medical devices and supplies, healthcare documents, and temperature-sensitive materials within non-hazardous scope.
We support HIPAA-aligned handling practices commonly associated with a “HIPAA compliant courier” approach in healthcare logistics, with privacy-first communication and documented handoffs.
We do not transport biohazards, infectious substances, regulated medical waste, or hazmat.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information, time windows, and contact details
- Package and label items appropriately under your internal standards
- Ensure authorized release at pickup and authorized receipt at delivery
- Follow our privacy requirements, including no PHI via text or web form
Dispatch, Delivery, and Limitations
Dispatch availability and response times vary by distance, traffic, and availability. Service standards may be defined in a written agreement, lane plan, or confirmed dispatch instructions. Delivery confirmation may be provided through ePOD when applicable.
Fees and Payment
Fees are communicated through quotes, confirmations, or written agreements. Payment terms, invoicing, and any applicable late fees are defined by the agreed service arrangement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the terms of the applicable service agreement. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including weather, traffic incidents, access restrictions, incorrect information, or improper packaging.
No Medical Advice
We are a logistics provider. We do not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or patient care services.
